How do I verify a product using QR code?

Simply open the Navia app, tap the scan button, and point your camera at the QR code on the product. The app will automatically verify the product authenticity and display the results.

What does ALREADY_SCANNED mean?

This status indicates that the QR code has been scanned before by another user. Each QR code can only be verified once to ensure product authenticity. If you see this message, the product may have been previously verified or the QR code may have been compromised.

What should I do if a product shows as "INVALID"?

An "INVALID" status means the QR code is not recognized in our system. This could indicate a counterfeit product, an expired code, or an error. Please contact the product manufacturer or our support team for assistance.

Can I scan the same QR code multiple times?

No, each QR code can only be verified once. This is a security feature to prevent fraud and ensure product authenticity. Once a QR code is scanned, subsequent scans will show an "ALREADY_SCANNED" status.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by downloading the Navia app and following the registration process. You'll need to provide your email address, create a password, and verify your email.

What information is collected when I scan a QR code?

When you scan a QR code, we collect the scan timestamp and your user ID. This information is used to verify product authenticity and prevent fraud. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

How do I view my scan history?

You can view your scan history in the app by navigating to "History" tab in bottom tabs. This will show all products you've scanned, along with timestamps and status.
