Delete Account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data

Warning: This action cannot be undone

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our system. This action is irreversible.

What will be deleted

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • All QR code scan history and verification records
  • All authentication sessions and tokens
  • Any linked OAuth accounts (Google, etc.)
  • All preferences and settings

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes (e.g., transaction records, fraud prevention). However, your personal identifying information will be permanently removed from our active systems.

Using the Mobile App?

If you're using our mobile app, you can also delete your account from within the app settings. Make sure you're logged in and navigate to Settings → Delete Account.
